Software and Parts

Just finished all the code for manual operation of the robot. Everything should work once we have all the part on. However, we have to be careful because there are no limits to the switches and it could be dangerous to for example drive the kicker motor over the limit because if the motor is pulling the hook back in, once it runs out of thread the motor is likely to stall and burn itself out or break. I will eventually install limit switches to prevent this from happening.

Also, we now have some of the parts from Mezier that we need for the kicker. By tomorrow, we might even have the kicker completely finished and operational.  After tomorrow, all that we will still need is the small spool for the arm extension motor and the hook for the end of the telescoping arm.
